Jai is the Founder of HealthGuide Works, LLC, a healthcare technology company dedicated to making healthcare easier to understand, navigate, and access for patients and clinicians. He holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University with a focus on Health Policy and Global Health Program Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation, and brings a systems-level approach to solving real-world healthcare challenges.

Jai founded HealthGuide Works after his own experiences navigating healthcare, which exposed how fragmented, confusing, and inaccessible it can be for patients. That experience became the catalyst for building tools that empower people with clearer guidance, better education, and simpler care pathways—while also helping clinicians deliver more effective, coordinated care.

Outside of healthcare innovation, Jai is a lifelong gamer, a black belt in traditional taekwondo, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu white belt, and an avid dog lover—bringing the same discipline, curiosity, and persistence to his work as he does to everything else.
